Readers Guidelines
Spirit Garden
welcomes all readers, but, we respectfully ask that you
familiarise yourself with the following guidelines, and
abide by them at all times
Readers Guidelines
1. No Readings to be given to anyone under 18 years of
age
2. Please respect all other users at all times
3. Spiritualism is about proving the facts, proving life
after death, therefore we discourage readings about past
lives, and anything that may be regarded as fantasy
4. Do not attempt to read while under the influence of
alcohol or drugs.
5. Do not force a reading onto someone. If they cant
take the information then leave it.
6. Please ask for persons permission before reading
them.
7. We do not allow summoning of ‘evil spirits‘, spells,
talk of unproved fantasy, or 'airy fairy' talk.
8. Please do not talk of ‘evil spirits’ or anything of
that nature that may frighten other users.
9. We do not allow 'spirit rescues' to be conducted in
the chat rooms
10. Please Read with 'tact'. Think about what you are
going to say before saying it.
11. Do not predict, or give out information, of death,
illness or a tragic event.
12. All Readings must be done with a Site Guardian (SG~)
present unless you are a site approved reader.
13. There should be no exchange of monetary or other
gifts for readings obtained through these Chatrooms.
14. Those that choose to receive a reading from anyone
on this website does so of their own accord and in doing
so agrees that the use of the service is at the users
sole risk
15. Guide Readings can ONLY be given by Approved Guide
Readers.
Members Guidelines
1. You must be 18 or over to enter our chatrooms
2. Anyone who registers their User Name here is given a
Password, this Password must not be shared with anyone
else, if it is found that you have shared your Password
you will be removed from our Members List
3. You must use the name that you registered with when
you enter the chatroom, otherwise it causes confusion to
staff and members. If you come in with another name you
will be asked to leave and come in with your registered
name. Please only use your members name in the room, do
not refer to your real name and be careful how much
information you give out about yourself. People may not
be who they say they are.
4. Please do not register a name in full capital
letters, or an offensive name. If you do you will be
asked to changed it, or be ejected from the chatroom.
5. Please do not ask for readings, as all our readers
are volunteers. If a reader receives any information,
then they will give it into the room.
6. Please do not give out any URL' or email addresses in
the chatroom. If there is a URL that you feel will be of
some use to other members in the room, then please
contact a member of staff to clear it.
7. We do not allow abusive behavior, vulgarity,
solicitation, or impersonation of any of our members or
staff. You will be banned from our chatrooms.
8. Please be respectful to our Guardians and members at
all times. If we find you to be rude, then you will be
booted from the chatroom.
9. Do not come into the site under the influence of
alcohol or drugs.
10. We do not allow 'sitters' in our chatroom. If you
have not spoken in the chatroom for an hour, you will be
booted. A member of staff will try to contact you by
private message beforehand. If they do not get an answer
you will be ejected from the chatroom for 1 hour. If you
are watching Tv and computer at same time, it might be
best to leave chat until your program has finished.
11. We expect the highest standard of behavior whilst
you are using these Chatrooms. Inappropriate behavior
may result in a temporary or permanent ban
12. Mediums/Psychics & Healers are not Medical Doctors.
You are advised to seek attention of a qualified medical
general practitioner if you have health problems
13. All religions and beliefs are welcome. We ask our
members to please respect the beliefs of other users,
and not to make comments about other religions.
14. Please be aware that because this is an
international site what is considered to be OK in one
culture and in one language might not be OK in another
culture or another language.
15. We ask that you do not mention other sites when in
our chatrooms.
16. Anyone caught using our member list to poach members
will receive an immediate ban, the same goes for using
our PM system to pass on your website address to other
members. If you own a website and wish to share it with
our members, then please do so in the appropriate
manner. Contact the owner to ask for a link to be placed
on the site. We will also ask you to place a link on
your site back to ours.
17. All our rooms are recorded for your own safety and
your IP is logged when you enter the site.
18. We ask that you do not hold conversations that may
be deemed racist. We also ask that you do not hold
conversations on politics.
19. Only one user name per member is allowed. If we find
you have registered more than one, then we may delete
them without prior notice. Should you find a problem
with your account please contact the Owner or a Site
Guardian.
20. No member can perform healing on the site, without
one of our approved healers in the room with you.
21. Those that choose to receive a reading from anyone
on this website does so of their own accord and in doing
so agrees that the use of the service is at the users
sole risk. Spirit Garden cannot be held responsible for
any information received during a reading.
22. Any problems that you have with another member or
someone else out with the site, must not be brought into
Spirit Garden. Spirit Garden will not get involved in
members disagreements, unless it is solely to do with
the site.
23. Please be careful what information you put in about
yourself on your members profile page. It would not take
a professional fraudster long to get all the information
they need to cause you real damage. Spirit Garden will
not be held responsible.
24. If you are fortunate enough to receive a reading on
site, please only give yes, no or don’t know answers. Do
not ‘feed’ the reader with information. If you want to
give information about what has been given, then please
do so AFTER the reading.
25. Please enter reading or class rooms quietly as a
reading may be in progress. Do not enter and say hello
to everyone before you know what is happening in the
room. This can be very off putting for a reader.
26. If you witness any breach of the above conditions
please report it to a Member of Staff
27. If you have been banned from our chatrooms, you may
appeal the decision by sending an email to admin@spirit-garden.co.uk
Please include as much detail as possible. The owner’s
decision is final.
Forum Rules
1. Please do not post anything that is offensive, racial
or abusive, or you may be removed from our members list.
2. Any information or advice found on these forums
should be used as a guide only.
3. Please do not copy and paste from other sites onto
our forums without leaving a link to the website where
you obtained the information. This is to do with
copyright laws.
4. Please bear in mind that anything you post on these
forums, may be taken by a 3rd party and used elsewhere.
If you have written something yourself please add that
it is the copyright of yourself. If a member sees
something on the forums that they would like to use
elsewhere, please do not just take it, ask the writers
permission first. Anyone caught taking something from
the forums without permission will be removed from our
list
5. Please post in the appropriate forum otherwise your
post may be moved or deleted.
6. Guardians reserve the right to remove any posts
without prior notice if we feel that they are
inappropriate.
7. Members may use their real names on the forums if
they wish to, but please bear in mind that you may have
personal details in your member profiles, and it
wouldn’t take a professional very long to find out all
your details for fraud purposes. Spirit Garden will not
be held responsible.
By entering our chatrooms and forums you have agreed to
all the above terms and conditions.
